Health Coaching is an inclusive approach to creating better wellness through awareness. Health is defined not just by what we eat but by the health of our relationships, spirituality, physical fitness and our day-to-day schedule and lifestyle.
I work with individuals and families looking to make healthy lifestyle changes to benefit their overall well-being over a 3, 6 or 12 month period. Together, we work through the six steps of my Pathway to Balance system that shows how to conquer life’s chaos and bring balance back into daily life.
We can take responsibility for our own physical, mental and spiritual health when we create, and consistently commit, to daily practices that lead to a healthy and positive lifestyle.
meal & Menu planning
Not everyone enjoys cooking so I help you find the fun in keeping food simple and healthy. Meal & Menu Planning allows you to be creative in your food choices while ensuring you always have nutritious meals and a healthy pantry. Planning your weekly meals can be as easy as following a simple food list and having an excellent stash of easy recipes that make even leftovers new again.
Meal & Menu Planning can save you time, money and stress on a daily basis. Often when life gets busy, our healthy eating habits fly right out the window. Yet having a pantry already stocked with healthy ingredients or having a fridge ready with a few prepped items, you can make your life a little easier, and healthier, every day. I create weekly and monthly meal & menu plans based on your goals and lifestyle along with adjustable recipes to keep things interesting. I can also help you create the Perfect Pantry and Shopping List full of nutrient dense foods and healthy snacks.

Healthy Happenings
Several times a year, I offer 30 Day group coaching programs focused on staying on top of your health goals through nutrition and exercise, feeling good in your skin and de-stressing.
I offer a VIP Holistic Living Intensive which really packs a punch. It is a full customized day that allows you get clarity on your best path forward with an action plan to achieve your goals. This intensive is perfect for anyone needing to make immediate changes to their lifestyle due to illness or major life crisis.
I am happy to make myself available to businesses and volunteer groups of all shaped and sizes as a healthy lifestyle speaker for webinars, workshops, trainings and other events.
Seasonal garden workshops/online events will be held four times a year. This four-part workshop, Growing Your Own Groceries, is meant to encourage anyone and everyone to start growing simple items for the kitchen such as herbs and salad fixings whether you live in an apartment, condo or house. It is amazing how much food can be grown in any size space with just a little planning, a lot of patience and the joy of growing your favorite goodies.
